Yvan Lacroix is from Granby Quebec, Canada. He’s a serial entrepreneur, having run a Volvo restoration shop and Répare-Brise, a franchised full service automotive reconditioning company his wife who manages that business. He has a lifelong passion for racing and he volunteers at his local dirt track and he spent years as a tech inspector for a variety of race tracks. Currently Yvan is the Regional Manager for Optimum Polymer Technologies.   1. Excellent Podcast, extremely interesting interview. I found a connection with Yvan because I too had a serious back injury. I took the time to follow his Facebook page and messaged him asking him how he is still such an active entrepreneur with a bad back. I too am a serial entrepreneur and I’m looking for insight on how he has fought through that, and kept going so strong.

    I also have a fondness for Volvos, though I’ve had several of the other great Swedish cars Saabs including a 78 Turbo! and a 76 EMS. We had a 740 Wagon we loved it but it threw a timing belt and ate the valve train. Even though it had been replaced at 80K and the car only had about 130K miles.

    Anyway, another excellent Cars Yeah Podcast.
