Nicolas Cancelier is an automotive artist who lives in Belgium and was born in to a family of artistic parents. When he was very young a neighbor who was a mechanic took Nicolas to the races at Zolder in Belgium where he watched his first F1 race. That started a lifetime of drawing and painting motorsports with a special passion for cars of the 50s, 60s, and 70s. He’s designed and painted racing helmets and he began to focus on painting motor sports. His first exhibition was at Goodwood. He enjoys using a variety of mediums for his art including oil, watercolor, pastels, and pencil.
