Lyn St. James is named one of the “Top 100 Female Athletes of the Century” by Sports Illustrated. She has set 21 national and international speed records and competed in the Indianapolis 500, taking Rookie of the Year honors in 1992. She competed in 15 IndyCar races, 7 Indy 500s, twice at the 24 Hours of Le mans with victories at the IMSA Series at Watkins Glen, Road America, Daytona, and Sebring. She continues to race in Vintage events and is an advocate for women in racing and automotive fields. Lyn is a noted speaker, a board member of ACCUS (Automobile Competition Committee of the United States) and recipient of the “Guiding Woman in Sports Award” and “Office Depot Visionary Sportswoman of the Year” She is the Honoree at this year’s Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance.
