When you stop and think about today, we are living in history.
We just don’t know it yet.
Historical vehicles are not so much about memorizing and knowing all their details, like horsepower, number of cylinders, wheel size, and the engine displacement. It is more about understanding their impact on our past, how they relate to our present, and in what way they will form our future.
It is easy to get caught up in the moment when times are challenging.
The best place to learn more about vehicles are museums. I have interviewed many great museum directors and Curators on the Cars Yeah podcast. You can enjoy them all here: MUSEUMS Many of these Inspiring Automotive Enthusiasts™ have created wonderful online programs you can enjoy during the pandemic shut down. Some are now back open for you to enjoy, safely.
Take advantage of the world’s great museums today.
And study the past so you don’t forget where we came from. More importantly think about where we are going. The road may be filled with potholes, dangerous curves, and potential crashes. All those challenges will be history one day. It is how you react today that will define your history, and our future.
Short but sweet statement on history. Content is approprot. Not a lot to write about yet a proper comment. Thanks.
