I’ve had the privilege of talking with 200+ inspiring automotive enthusiasts over the last 8 months. I have learned these extraordinary people share some common habits that enable them to be creative, successful, and happy.
- They get up early.
- They don’t give up.
- They ask big questions.
- They enjoy taking risks.
- They look for new experiences.
- They strive to be mindful of others.
- They are always changing things up.
- Daydreaming is a tool they enjoy using.
- They surround themselves with great people.
- They surround themselves with their passion.
- They see life as a way to express themselves.
- They do things that are out of their comfort zones.
- They are good at making connections with people.
- They observe everything around them especially people.
- They learn from their mistakes and they embrace mistakes.
- They build on the obstacles with which life challenges them.
- They love things that roll on rubber.
I can’t wait for the next 200.

Thank for you this post as I read it during my new morning routine of getting up earlier and taking bigger risks. I quite enjoy your podcasts and learn a lot from the men and women who have been successful before us.
Looking forward to more.
All the best,

Hey mark that is quite a challenging list! I wish I were one of those “automobile enthusiasts” ……. hmmmm.. wait a minute I guess I am one of those!
Nice list. I’m sure there is plenty more. Such as liking anything mechanical, being told it can’t be done.
